Preparing for your initial meeting is easy:
- Write down all your questions;
- Gather and take with you every related item that you possess. Where the information or item is overly large or bulky, write down what it is and where it is;
- Write down the name, address and phone number of every witness or key person. If you don’t have complete information, write down as much as you know;
- Write down what you want and what you expect.
